All our licenses come standard with training for administrator and tech-support for the duration of the contract. Training and support can be provided on-site, remotely by screen-sharing, via email, or by phone.

HOSTING

Our software services are hosted on our servers, allowing us to provide a full-fledged solution without any added cost to our clients. All accesses are secured using SSL certificates. Hosting on our servers ensures timely updates and support. However, we can also accommodate clients wanting to host our solutions using their own datacenters.
